Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and arrive a few minutes early if it is your first visit. We recommend having a light meal beforehand and staying well hydrated.

Your initial consultation will include a thorough discussion of your health history, concerns, and goals to ensure your treatment is tailored specifically to you.

After treatment, many people feel deeply relaxed, so we encourage taking it easy for the remainder of the day where possible.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a fee.
